Our Beliefs

Bible

We believe the Bible alone, both Old and New Testaments, is the complete Word of God, fully inspired and without error in the original writings. It is the ultimate and infallible authority for faith and practice.

Father, Son, & Holy Spirit

We believe that there is one living and true God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

(Matthew 28:19; John 14:26)

Creation

We believe God created all things out of nothing, by His spoken word, according to the Bible in Genesis.

(Genesis 1-2)

Mankind

We believe man is the special creation of God, in His own image. He created them male and female as the crowning work of His creation. By his free choice man sinned against God and brought sin into the human race.

(Genesis 1:27, Genesis 2:22, Genesis 3, Romans 1:12)

Resurrection

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father.

Heaven & Hell

We believe that Heaven is the place of eternal rest for the saved who believe in the Gospel and that Hell is the place of eternal torment for the lost.

(Matthew 25:31-46; John 10:28; Hebrews 9:27; 1 Corinthians 15:2-4)

Last Days

We believe in the personal and imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ to earth. His coming will be visible, for the consummation of His eternal Kingdom.

(Matthew 24:1-51, 25:41; John 14:1-3, I Corinthians 15; II Corinthians 5:10 ; I Thessalonians 4:13 -18; Rev. 20:11-15)

Gender & Marriage

We believe that God wonderfully created each person as male or female. These two distinct, complementary genders together reflect the image and nature of God. Rejection of one’s biological sex is a rejection of the intent of how God created that person. In addition, we believe that the term “marriage” has only one meaning: the uniting of one man and one woman in a single, exclusive union, as declared in Scripture.

Little Fish Preschool admits students of any race, color, or national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to the students of the school. Little Fish Preschool does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, and other school administered programs.
